Die Story zu "Spider-Man 3"

Eigentlich könnte alles wunderbar laufen für Peter Parker, seit er seiner Freundin Mary Jane Watson seine Geheimidentität "Spiderman" offenbart hat. Doch am Horizont zeigen sich bald neue dunkle Wolken, als der Ausbrecher Flint Marko durch einen Unfall in den geheimnisvollen "Sandman" verwandelt wird, einen Mutanten, der seine Moleküle verändern kann. Peter ist bald persönlich betroffen, denn offenbar hat Marko etwas mit dem Mord an seinem Onkel zu tun. Doch es zeigt sich neues Unheil: eine außerirdische schwarze Substanz ergreift von Peter Besitz, die seine dunkle, machtstrebende Seite zum Vorschein bringt.
